“I would say my most frequent use of the Hyper Stride would be in my pre-hitting mobility. After a few weeks of daily medial/lateral rotation work, I noticed improvements in my hip mobility and overall flexibility, which can be backed by significant jumps in both exit velocity and bat speed.
The other area the Hyper Stride became very useful for me was in the weight room. Along with being a great warm up tool, I found it easy to incorporate into my program through exercises such as hamstring curls, ab rollouts, and multiple lunge variations.
